Placing the order by filling in the purchase form implies compliance with the price offered and with the general conditions of sale in force at that time.

Once the order is formalized, the purchase will be understood to be perfected by right, with all the legal guarantees that protect the purchaser consumer, and from that moment the prices and conditions will be contractual, and cannot be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties.

Spanish will be the language used to formalize the contract.

The electronic document in which the contract is formalized will be archived and the user will have access to it in their client area or, failing that, in the order confirmation email.


Shipping cost: for orders under 18.99€ it will be 4.9€ . If the order is over 18.99€, shipping will be free.

Destinations: Peninsula and Balearic Islands. At the moment, no shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Delivery: business days, Monday to Friday (not holidays). Because we know that when you buy something, you want it fast:

  • If you place your order before 2:00 p.m., you will receive it the next day.
  • If you order after 2:00 p.m. (or on weekends or holidays) we will not prepare your order until the next business day.

Order delivery times range from 24 to 48 hours. We try to get transport companies to meet the estimated delivery deadline, although we cannot guarantee compliance.

In rural populations far from urban centers, it is not possible to guarantee delivery within 24 hours in any case.

An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt has been signed by the customer. The customer must verify the products at the time of receipt of the same and expose within the following 24 hours all objections that may exist.

In case of verifying that the product has suffered any damage during transport, it is essential that you contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim the incident from the transport company. Also, it is convenient to record the same to the transport company.


An order can be modified or canceled as long as the modifications are made before the product is shipped.


You can proceed to return products, for whatever reason, within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the merchandise by the customer. For this, the conditions set out below must be met:

Return conditions for private customers

Returns of the following products will not be accepted, as established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws :

  • The provision of services, once the service has been completely executed, when the execution has begun, with the express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgment on their part that they are aware that, once the contract has been completely executed by the entrepreneur, you will have lost your right of withdrawal.
  • The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
  • The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, such as computers configured on demand.
  • The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods that after delivery and taking into account their nature have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
  • The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
  • The supply of digital content that is not provided on a material support when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on their part that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all the accessories it contains, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the item. Otherwise, SUPERSKUNK reserves the right to reject the return.

Once you have submitted the application, you will receive the instructions to send it to our facilities in your email. You must send the goods without any delay, within a maximum period of 14 days from when you notify us of your desire to exercise the right.

The transport costs originated by the return will be at your expense. You are free to choose and find the agency that best suits your needs or offers you the most competitive rates. However, we can process your return personally, through SEUR, for an amount of 4.9€.

Once the merchandise has been received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed. We will refund the payment received for your purchase, including the delivery cost with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the less expensive ordinary delivery method that we offer. We will make the payment within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from when you exercise your right of withdrawal. Until we have received the goods we can withhold the refund.

In case of return of products with a gift or promotion, a complete return (complete pack or item + gift) will be mandatory to proceed with the refund.


Those cancellations of orders that involve a return to the client and that are by bank transfer will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we try to ensure that the period does not exceed 7 days.


Payment by credit or debit card or Paypal:

Purchases can be paid by credit or debit card supported by the Servired payment platform. All payments through this payment gateway will provide maximum security and guarantee in transactions with Servired.

This form of payment is immediate, totally secure and verified by VISA. It uses the most rigorous anti-fraud system, but it has the inconvenience that not all cards are accepted, and must be activated by your bank for this type of operations in secure purchases. Some banks activate all their cards for this type of operation, giving a security code to use at the time of making the payment, but in other entities it is required to activate card by card. All payments will be validated and accepted or not by your bank and if accepted it will be sent to us automatically and immediately. Consult your bank if you do not know the security code. VISA / VISA Electron and MasterCard / Maestro cards are accepted.
